Online travel agency, leader in Europe, wanted to increase the conversion of visits to sales. The conversion rate was known, and it was suspected that there could be a significant increase in conversion with a suitable contact strategy for the available user database.

Kraz proposed the need to predict which users were most likely to buy, and act on them. For this, we created a predictive model that predicted the probability of purchase in the next month for each of their 2 M customers with a historical base of 2 years.
Once the algorithm was trained and obtaining good results in the tests, the model was applied to the entire customer base of the company, obtaining a monthly list that selected those customers with the highest probability of purchase.
